These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joserangel.ca(the "Site"), which is operated by Jose Rangel, a REALTOR® licensed in the Province of British Columbia and affiliated with Macdonald Realty Ltd. — North Shore. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No Agency Relationship

Browsing the Site or submitting a contact form does not, on its own, create a client–REALTOR® agency relationship. A buyer or seller agency relationship is formed only when a written representation agreement (e.g., a Designated Agency Agreement) has been signed by both parties as required under the Real Estate Services Act (BC).

Information Is Not Advice

Content on the Site — including market commentary, neighbourhood descriptions, home valuation estimates, blog posts, and listing data — is provided for general information only and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, mortgage, or investment advice. Accuracy of Listings and Valuations
